Terms and Conditions
By registering for or using VtuFast, you agree to use the platform lawfully and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your password, transaction PIN, wallet, and account access secure.
Using the services
- Use the platform only for legitimate airtime, data, wallet, reseller, Vendor, and API activities.
- Do not abuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform or provider systems.
- Prices, availability, provider responses, and delivery times may change as upstream providers change their services.
- We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargeback activity, or violations of these policies.
Wallets and payments
Wallet balances are intended for transactions on the platform. Review payment details before submitting an order. A transaction reference does not guarantee provider fulfillment until the transaction status confirms it.

Privacy Policy
We collect information needed to create accounts, process transactions, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. This may include your name, email, phone number, wallet activity, transaction details, device information, and support messages.
How information is used
- To authenticate you and protect your account.
- To process airtime, data, wallet, reseller, Vendor, and API requests.
- To communicate service notices, receipts, support responses, and account updates.
- To investigate fraud, technical issues, and policy violations.
We do not sell your personal information. Necessary information may be shared with payment processors, service providers, hosting partners, or authorities where required to deliver services or comply with law.

Refund Policy
Digital service purchases are processed automatically and may not be reversible after successful fulfillment. Where a provider confirms that a paid transaction failed, an eligible refund may be returned to your platform wallet after review.
- Report duplicate charges and confirmed failed transactions with the transaction reference.
- Refunds are normally issued to the original platform wallet, not as cash withdrawals.
- Vendor upgrade and hosting payments are subject to review because setup work, account activation, or hosting allocation may begin immediately.
- Domain registration fees paid to a domain registrar follow that registrar's refund policy.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported claims may be rejected.

Vendor Terms
A Vendor account is for customers who want a branded VTU website. Vendor activation does not transfer ownership of VtuFast software or source code.
What the Vendor receives
- Website hosting and configuration based on the information and branding you provide.
- Access to the Vendor account and applicable Vendor pricing after successful payment and approval.
- Technical guidance for connecting the website to available digital services.
What the Vendor must provide
- You must buy and own your domain name. The domain is not included unless expressly stated in writing.
- You must provide accurate business, branding, contact, and support details.
- You must pay the admin-set recurring yearly hosting fee to keep the hosted website active.
- You must not copy, resell, extract, or distribute the platform script, source code, designs, or infrastructure.
We may pause hosting for overdue renewal, abuse, illegal activity, or material breach of these terms.

Reseller and Account Terms
Resellers may receive role-based pricing for serving customers. Reseller status does not grant ownership of the platform, provider accounts, source code, or brand.
- Do not misrepresent VtuFast or the services you sell.
- Keep customer communication, pricing, and service claims accurate.
- Account upgrades are paid from your wallet at the price shown before confirmation.
- Role-based pricing may be changed by the administrator and applies to future transactions.
